French Oak underfoot and black-coated cedar outside keep the palette reading as a single space, in and out.Touch Wood sits inside the new Sydney Fish Market, already a modern Sydney icon, with floor-to-ceiling glass that hands the room over to the water. With the walls given to the view, the ceiling had to carry the design.
